A) STELL CAGES Orza applies a high standard of quality during the manufacture of its cages, thus achieving the development, standardization and quality of its structures. The company is constantly working on improving its products, both in design and performance and developing products adapted to the specific needs of customers. Technical advantages The implementation of innovation in the cages design has allowed Orza to develop more resistant connections and integrated bushings inside the beams. This translates into robust cages, resistant and with excellent performance in adverse climates and adjusted to strict standards. All the steel cages are constructed with galvanized steel. The crosses and T headers are made of the same tubular material as the main beams. The measures that Orza offers to the market are 40 x 40 meters, 50 x 50 meters and 60 x 60 meters. B) ORZA PIN The Orza pin is the precise mixture between resistance and release of the energy absorbed by the structures of the cages. This original design of Orza stands out for its great quality, which is reflected in its excellent performance. C) SILAGE SYSTEM Floating structure with a complete system for the processing, pumping and transformation of fish mortality. The system includes a modern mortality crusher and silage collection equipment. The pontoon is 9 meters long, 6 meters wide and 2 meters high. It also has two versions: 40 cubic meters and 60 cubic meters. Design developed with modern architectural lines and under strict shipbuilding standards. In the future, mortality is expected to arrive from the module by automatic extraction. This process should occur without human intervention. Technical advantages Large volume silage pontoon with processing capacity of 2,000 kilos approx. per hour, which transforms it into a high performance silage equipment.
